On the evening of August 12, 2010 The Hagerman Fire Department was activated for a motor vehicle accident in the vicinity of the Sewer Treatment Plant on East Woodside Avenue. First arriving units spotted the vehicle which had went through a fence and head on into a large tree. EMS units arrived on scene and were able to remove the injured patient while the Crew of Rescue 4 and Engine 6 secured the vehicle. Units were operating under the direction of the Chief (30) and were up from the scene within 20 minutes.
