Board of Fire Commissioners
The Board of Fire Commissioners for the Hagerman Fire District consists of five publicly-elected officials, each of whom serve a five year term. We work alongside our volunteer firefighters and it is our responsibility to provide the necessary apparatus, equipment, and facilities needed to assist the Hagerman Fire Department in the fire and rescue activities that are essential for the protection of life and property within the Community.
It is also our responsibility to operate the Hagerman Fire District in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. On a monthly basis, district meetings are held to oversee the operation of the Fire District and to create policies and procedures under which the Fire District, & the Fire Department operate under.
